"I learned to not take these four years of high school for granted because it could possibly be the last time you see your best friends from school. To (also) have a great time and to not waste these precious moments of your life, to cherish the moments you have because it can all be gone in an instant, to make the most out of every opportunity you have and to not give up on the little things, and to be yourself and not change for anyone"

  • Coach's Quote

-Jamie Ward

  • Teammate's Quote
"I've been blessed to play with Abby in two different sports for the last four years. Abby and I have been doubles partners ever since we started playing (tennis), she's the teammate that I know I could always count on to cover backcourt and finish with a deep alley shot to win the point. It was kinda her thing and I was always the one she could count on to finish at the net."

"We have played basketball together since (we were) at the Valdese Rec, but it wasn't until around middle school when we started playing travel ball together. Basketball meant so much to us and we couldn't wait for high school to play together. We worked together really well, almost every time I get a rebound I would look up and see Abby running wide for the layup and of course would always finish."

"I will forever cherish the memories of us on and off the court, Abby will always be the best doubles partner and #30 to me, I've been blessed to have her as a teammate and friend."
-Hailey Kincaid
