Five Raiders win at FAC Wrestling tourney

Marion- Five members of the East Burke Middle wrestling team won gold at Thursday's Foothills Athletic Conference tournament hosted at West McDowell.

The Raiders first-place winners included Joshua Hess - having an undefeated mark for the second consecutive season - Jacob Hodges, Chris Moore, Sonny Burns, and Zach Ward.

Hodges, Moore, Burns, and Ward also finished with undefeated marks this season.

Enrique Rebodello and Vernon Quintana were runner-up finishers for EBMS with DJ Weston and Tucker Gantt placing third as the Raiders finished third overall as a team.
