Maddison Powell (kill) recorded a couple points for the Lady Wildcats with Haygen Sigmon registering a block.
Patton dominated the majority of set two despite Georgia Goulding blocking a Lady Panther return.
Bailey Bryant (2) and Powell each added a kill in the final set of play getting Patton's lead down to as low as four points.
Gragg led the way for the Lady Panthers with 11 kills and three serving aces.
The Lady Wildcats picked up the three-set win in the JV game to start 2-0.
Draughn is back in action next Monday at Bunker Hill.
